Laundry Worker

A Laundry Worker is responsible for cleaning, drying, and folding various types of fabrics and garments in commercial or residential laundry settings. This role ensures that linens, clothing, and other items are processed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing: Operate washing machines and other laundry equipment to clean clothes and linens. Sort items based on fabric type and wash instructions.
• Drying: Use dryers or hang items to air dry, following specific drying procedures to prevent damage or shrinkage.
• Folding and Sorting: Fold and sort clean laundry into designated categories. Prepare items for distribution or return to clients.
• Stain Removal: Treat and remove stains using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
• Maintaining Equipment: Regularly clean and maintain laundry equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of laundry supplies and reorder as needed to ensure smooth operations.
